ABSTRACT

Aspergillus infection of the paranasal sinuses is classified into ""noninvasive"" and ""invasive"". Invasive type is characterized by destruction of the bone and invasion into adjacent structure. The prognosis of invasive type is disastrous and usually fatal. So it requires early recognition, aggressive surgery, and prolonged antifungal therapy. Recently, authors experienced a case of sino-orbital aspergillosis in 49 years old female patient. So we report our case with review of related literature.
