ABSTRACT

We have reported a case of multiple mucoceles of the paranasal sinuses occurred in a 12 year old boy. It might be caused by mild nasal or paranasal sinuses inflammation. We discussed the etiologic factors and diagnosis, and emphasized the importances of the cosmetic problem, removal of the entire sinus mucosa and maintenance of the naso-sinus opening in the surgical treatment.
