ABSTRACT

Two cases of shock which were mainly manifested as the temporary paralysis of lower extremity during the intranasal injection of hydrocortisone were presented, and the author explained it by Reilly’s phenomenon, which is a systemic but non-specific body reaction that is brought by irritations from out-side.
