Since original report of the laryngeal granuloma by Dr. Clausen in 1932, New, Derive and others were also reported so-called
"Contact Ulcer Granuloma of the Larynx" which caused by direct and indirect trauma or injury followed by endotracheal intubation and signs were associated with dysphonia such as throaty voice and vocal abuse. On the other hand, Dr. Myerson nominated as
"Contact Ulcer Granuloma" by direct trauma, and "Granulomatous
Polyp" by indirect trauma, but recently they were known as "Contact Ulcer Granuloma of the
Larynx". On the literature, these case were known, and belong to, as a very seldom case of the Larynx. In recently, the author experienced a case of contact ulcer granuloma of the larynx which followed by endotracheal intubation, and additionally also some discussion were carried.
