The author has experienced a case of lymphoepithelioma of the nasopharynx in 12 year old Korean boy, whose chief complaint was nasal stuffiness for about 6 months. He was treated by removal of tumor mass on right torus tubarius region through nasal cavity and X-ray deep therapy.
