Dermoid cyst of the floor of the mouth is infrequent and of congenital origin as a dysontogenetic. Dysontogenetic cyst of the floor of the mouth has been classified as epidermoid, dermoid and teratoid cyst, and they although present before birth, usually noticed during second and third decade of life. 3 cases of dermoid cyst of the mouth were presented, dealing with diagnostic and therapeutic problem.
