ABSTRACT

The patient, 60-old-man, visited our clinic with the chief complaints of hoarseness, dyspnea, and dysphagia. The direct laryngoscopy revealed a smooth cystic mass approximately 3.0 centimeters in diameter on the valleculae, which was reddish, movable, smooth on surface. The histological diagnosis was comfirmed as the cyst. The cyst was removed through pharyngotomy with good results.
