ABSTRACT

Granular cell myoblastoma is extremely rare tumor and may involve the tongue, skeletal muscle, subcutaneous sites, and so on. The pathologic characteristics are large polygonal cells with coarse cytoplasmic acidophilic granules in high power field. It has a tendency to transform into malignancy even though extremely rare. We report a case of granular cell myoblastoma on epiglottis which was confirmed by histopathologic study.
