ABSTRACT

Gustatory sweating occurs commonly after the injury, the inflammation, surgical trauma and other diseases involving the parotid gland, and less commonly the diseases of the submandibular gland. The neuroanatomy of the autonomic nervous system to the salivary glands and the pathophysiology of the syndrome were relatively well known. In this report, the author describe a case who has abnormal sweating after taking sour food with several reviews of literature.
