A Case of Foreign Body in the Maxillary Sinus

ABSTRACT

A case of foreign body in the maxillary sinus was observed in a 10-year-old boy. A bullet of air-rifle entered the left maxillary sinus through the left malar bone. The bullet was removed through Caldwell-Luc approach under general anesthesia without difficulty. The postoperative course was smooth and satisfactory.
