| ABSTRACT |

The association of sinusitis, bronchiectasis, and situs inversus had been described as ""Kartagener's syndrome"" by Kartagener in 1933. The authors experienced in a 20 years old man who was diagnosed as ""Kartagener's Syndrome"" by examination. And the final results are reported with references.
