ABSTRACT

We have recently experienced a huge pedunclated laryngeal polyp, which was large finger tip sized, 2.0×2.0×1.5cm, 2.75 gm and arised from anterior one third of left vocal cord. The patient was a 24-year-old Korean male with complaint of hoarseness and intermittent respiratory difficulty for 2 years. He had taken polypectomy one year ago but the above mentioned chief complaint recurred recently. It is a case report with literature review on the recurrent huge laryngeal polyp.
