ABSTRACT

Foreign bodies in the paranasal sinus are not so common, but have been occasionally reported. We experienced an interesting case of metal foreign bodies which stayed in the maxillary sinus and at the zygomatic area without specific otolaryngological manifestation for about three and half years, and report this case with a brief literature review.
