ABSTRACT

The parapharyngeal space is potential space anatomically and very vulnerable to neoplastic extension. The neurilemmoma in parapharyngeal space is more rare. It can produce various symptoms and signs which are significant to otolaryngologist. We experienced recently a 23 years old male with neurilemmoma in parapharyngeal space. This case was treated through cervical incision with finger dissection.
