ABSTRACT

A mucocele of a paranasal sinus is an epithelial-lined cavity containing mucus. The majority of mucoceles are situated in the frontal and/or ethmoidal sinus. The lesion frequently extended into the orbit and usually presents the ocular disturbances. We experienced 4 cases of ethmoidal mucoceles. Exentration through an external ethmoidectomy approach was successful.
