ABSTRACT

Nasopharyngeal angiofibroma is an uncommon benign tumor which occurs almostly in adolescent males, that is highly vascular and frequent epistxis and nasal obstruction are prominent symptoms. The tumor is called as ""histologically benign but clinically malignant tumor"" because of strongly invasive property into neighboring structures, massive bleeding during operation and recurrent tendency due to incomplete removal. The authors report nasopharyngeal angiofibroma which was confirmed by biopsy with clinical analysis and literatures.
