ABSTRACT

Extramedullary plasmacytoma is an unusual form of plasma cell neoplasm and occurs most commonly in the head and neck area, especially upper respiratory tract. It may remain localized, but often infiltrate and destroy adjacent tissue. We experienced a case of extramedullary plasmacytoma of the maxillary antrum which had been treated with irradiation.
