Foreign bodies in otolaryngologic field have been occasionally reported. Recently, with the use of endoscope in otolaryngology, endoscope is an excellent instrument for the diagnosis and removal of the foreign body in both of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Authors experienced an interesting case of multiple zinc foreign bodies in external auditory canal, both nasal cavities and right maxillary sinus after falling down to zinc tank. The foreign bodies in both nasal cavities and right maxillary sinus were removed with endoscope. We report this case with the review of literature.
