The authors present a case of Mondini dysplasia with recurrent meningitis during the preceding three years. We performed exploratory tympanotomy and identified the sites of leakage at anterior portion of stapes footplate and round window. Obliteration with temporalis muscle fascia and fibrin glue was done for perilymphatic fistula.
