ABSTRACT |
Ossifying fibroma of head and neck is unusual tumor that generally manifest as facial swelling, proptosis or nasal obstruction in adolescent or young child. These lesions replace normal bony architecture with cellular fibrous tissue containing
varying amounts of mineralized material. Recently, author experienced a case of ossifying fibroma originated from inferior turbinate and extended to medial wall of maxillary sinus, which was removed by Caldwell-Luc approach. So, we reported the case with the review of
literature.
