ABSTRACT

Peripheral T-cell lymphoma is a rare disease of unknown etiology characterized by ulcerative, necrotic granulomatous lesions of the upper respiratory tract. The diagnosis of peripheral T-cell lymphoma was based on a combination of morphologic assessment with the result of immunophenotyping. In regard to treatment, steroid, radiotherapy, antimetabolites or a combination of these have been tried. The authors reported a case of pheripheral T-cell lymphoma diagnosed by the immunohisto-chemical method with the review of the literature.
