ABSTRACT

Amyloidosis of the larynx is a rare disease, account for less than 1% of all benign laryngeal tumors and have been reported approximately 300 cases in the Otolaryngologic field. Amyloidosis is occurred as primary amyloidosis, secondary amyloidosis, familial amyloidosis and amyloidosis associated with multiple myeloma. Generalized secondary amyloidosis is very rare among them. We reported a case of secondary laryngeal amyloidosis associated with pulmonary tuberculosis as a possible contributing disease.
