ABSTRACT

This report presents a case of nasopharyngeal fibroma which was completely removed surgically and then confirmed histopathologically. A 20-year old male was admitted to Taegu Fatima Hospital, on March 1, 1966 with the chief complaints of nasal obstruction and intermittent nasal bleeding for 3 months duration. By intranasal approach, the operation was performed under local anesthesia on the next day after admission without any preoperative therapy. The patient was observed clinically for one week after the complete removal of the tumor. There were no bleeding and no complications.
