ABSTRACT

Otitis media and intracranial complications are less common today compare to the pre-antibiotic era. Inadequate and inappropriate use of antibiotics mask the clinical course and the physicians are facing with difficulties to diagnose such cases. Recently we had a 11 years old boy who had chronic cholesteatomatous otitis media with abscesses in the lung and liver.
