The association of sinusitis, bronchiectasis and situs inversus has been described as ""Kartagener's syndrome"" by Kartagener in 1933. Since that time over 200 cases have been reported in the world. The first cases of kartagener's syndrome in Korea was diagnosed by myself and substantiated by Soon Il park, MD at the W.U.C.H. in 1970. The case was carefully followed up during the last three years recently and the final conclusions are reporting with literatures.
