ABSTRACT

Hemangioma is rather common tumor and involvement of the skin in the most frequent development, but rarely occures in the nasal cavity, and even rarer is such a case of nasal hemangioma originating from the anterior nasal cavity. This case was that of 26-year-old male who had a cavernous hemangioma in the left lateral wall of the anterior cavity with chief complaints of mild continuous nasal bleeding and nasal obstruction in the affected site for 4 years. The tumor was completely removed under general enesthesia through a incision of nasomaxillary sulcus. The postoperative course was uneventful 3 months after the eperation.
