A case of huge nasal polyp in 68 years old male is to be presented with brief literatures. He has complained of both side of nasal obstruction, rhinolalia clausa and foreign body sensation in the nasopharynx for about 30-40 years. The polyp weighing 65 gm totally was removed by means of intranasal approach under local anesthesia and proved to be chronic inflammatory polyp in microscopically.
