A Case of the Scalding Tracheal Burn

ABSTRACT

The scalding burns of the larynx occur after inhalation of hot steam or liquid, and often associate with damage to the trachea. A case of the scalding tracheal burn which has recently experienced was diagnosed by careful history, symptom and endoscope and was cured by immediate tracheostomy, adequate antibiotics and steroid therapy. This paper was attempted to report the case with a brief review of references.
