In the benign tumor of the Larynx, the neurogenic tumor is very rare, which is divided by schwannoma and neurofibroma. The general characteristic features of the von Recklinghausen's disease were multiple cafe-au-lait spots, generalized cutaneous neurofibromatosis, central nervenous system tumor, skeletal abnormalities, mental retardation and somatic & endocrine abnormalities. Recently, the author experienced of a case of neurofibroma of the larynx which was associated with von Recklinghausen's disease from a 37-year-old female.
