The inverted papilloma arising from nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses is rare epithelial tumor. The incidence of inverted papilloma is much more common in fifth to seventh decades. An association between inverted papilloma and carcinoma is well established. The incidence of malignancy associated with inverted papilloma ranges from 1% to 13%. Recently, the authors experienced a case of inverted papilloma with squamous cell carcinoma in the nose and maxillary sinus. The patient, 44 year old man, was admitted through OPD with the symptom of nasal obstruction. The tumor mass was removed surgically through intranasal and Caldwell-Luc's approach. There is no evidence of recurrence at the present time.
