Pierre-Robin syndrome is a rare, congenital anomaly manifested by micrognathia, glossoptosis, respiratory obstruction. Cleft palate is a common, but not a constant feature of the syndrome. Glossopexy is the operative treatment to correct the ptosis of the tongue. Recently, the authors have experienced a case of the syndrome which was managed with glossopexy and adenoidectomy. Therefore, we report this case with literature reviews.
