ABSTRACT

We experienced two cases of laryngeal granulomatous polyp following endotracheal anesthesia. The first case, 22 year-old Korean female, had a round polyp mass which located in the posterior one third of the right vocal cord. One of the other laryngeal granulomatous polyp mass was revealed at the left vocal cord, near the posterior commissure, in 32 year old Korean female. Microscopic examination disclosed a more or less homogenous mass of young fibroblasts with many blood vesseles.
