ABSTRACT |
Fiftythree years old Korean house-wife had been suffered from persistant lacrimation and swelling of the right inner canthus for about twelve months, which suspected as an osteoma of the ethmoid cells with X-ray finding and detailed history. The osteoma was resected by Moore’s extranasal incision under the general anesthesia, and the postoperative course has been uneventful so far. Regarding to literatures, an osteoma of the ethmoid sinus is known as a very rare disease in the otolaryngological clinic. Additionally clinical discussion was carried.
