According to my experience the Cottle's "The Maxilla-Premaxilla Approach" to Extensive Nasal Septum Surgery brought good result. Although the length time that I have practed Cottle's method is not long, but during and after operation there was no complication and sequelae. After operation the septum was supported by dental wax.
