ABSTRACT

The antro-choanal polyp is not uncommon, but it has been rarely reported in case of infant and child. The author has recently experienced a case of the huge antro-choanal polyp from a 5 year old boy, who has been suffering from progressively developed oral breathing and hearing disturbance for 1 year duration. Intra-nasal polypectomy was performed under the general anesthesia.
