A 18 years-old male was admitted to the 3rd Army Hospital on 16th of Dec. 1967 with chief complaints of nasal obstruction, headache, intermittent nasal bleeding, rhinolalia clausa and swallowing disturbance for 8 month duration. The tumor-mass was occupied in nasopharyngeal cavity, showing graish-white, smooth and firm appearance. It buldged soft palate downward and foreward. Histopathologic finding shows character of nasopharyngel fibroma. The tumor mass was removed completely under the general anesthesia by transpalatal approach. After 17 days from date of operation, the patient was discharged with excellent result of operation.
