The double lodgement of foreign bodies in the esophagus is seen rarely and the round diskformed foreign body like badook piece is hard to be removed because of slipy surface. We succeded in removing a coin and a badook piece lodged in the third esophageal stricture of a 3 years and 6 months old boy, who had been supposed to swallow it about over 2 years age, using the special forceps.
