ABSTRACT

Follicular cysts (or dentigerous cysts) are associated with enamel-forming epithelium and are found about the crowns of unerupted teeth. We have recently a case of large follicular cyst occurring in a ten-year-old boy. The cyst was successfully removed by means of Caldwell-Luc's operation, and postoperative course was satisfactory.
