Studies on the tinnitus have been made by many otolaryngologist and yet the etiology and treatment are still remained obscure. The author had treated 48 tinnitus patients with medicine and the anesthesia of the tympanic plexus from Oct. 1968 to May 1970 and now we present the method and result.
