A Case of Huge Laryngeal Polyp

ABSTRACT

We have recently experienced a huge pedunculated laryngeal polyp(3.4×2.0×1.8 cm, 3.88gm) which arised from anterior one third of right vocal cord. The patient was a 46 year old Korean male and had been under care at local clinic with misdiagnosis of bronchial asthma for 1 and 1/2 years. It is a case report with literature review on the huge laryngeal polyp.
