ABSTRACT

A cylindroma is a rare malignant tumor. The authors experienced recently a case of a dylindroma arising from right maxillary sinus in a 53 year-old man who visited this hospital with the chief complaints of intermittent bloody nasal discharge and right temporal headache. After all necessary work up were done, patient was taken to operation room to do right total maxillectomy without orbital excentration. Thereafter, postoperative cobalt therapy was also given.
