ABSTRACT

Authors experienced a case of the frontal osteomyelitis which spread to the dura and treated successfully by anterior osteoplastic approach to frontal sinus. It was 59-year-old male patient who has suffered from nasal obstruction, foul odored rhinorrhea and headache for few years prior to admission. Anterior rhinoscope revealed to nasal polop and suspected to destructed frontal bone with frontal osteomyelitis in the x-ray.
