The patient was a 24-year-old Korean male with complaint of hoarseness and intermittent respiratory difficulty for 2 years. He had taken polypectomy one year ago but the above mentioned chief complaint recurred recently. It is a case report with literature review on the recurrent huge laryngeal polyp.
