A Case of Neurilemmoma of the Nasal Cavity

ABSTRACT

Neurilemmomas are characteristically benign, solitary, encapsulated tumors whith can any nerve possessing a neurilemma. Neurilemmoma most often occur in head and neck region. However, They arise only rarely within the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. We have experienced a case of neurilemmoma of nasal cavity which was removed by intranasal approach under local anesthesia and verified histopathologically neurilemmoma.
