ABSTRACT

Congenital midline dermoid cyst of nasal dorsum is a very uncommon embryologic error. Recently the author experienced a case of dermoid cyst on nasal dorsum in a 15-year-old girl, who revealed intermittent swelling and tenderness on nasal dorsum and pus draining fistula on nasal tip since birth. The dermoid cyst and sinus tract was removed surgically under general anesthesia.
