ABSTRACT

Juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma is an uncommon tumor, found almost exclusively in the nasopharynx of adolescent male. This is a histologically benign tumor but, considered clinically as malignant because of its anatomical location difficult to approach local expansiveness, massive bleeding in surgical removal and tendency to recurrence after incomplete removal. Recently the authors had experienced 3 cases of juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma, one of which was 27 year old female. We had the successful results after the surgical removal.
