ABSTRACT

Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common tumor in the salivary glands, however, it is rarely found in the upper respiratory tract, especially in the nasal cavity. On Aug., 1985, we experienced a case of intranasal pleomorphic adenoma in a 23 year old female patient. Main stalk of the tumor attached to the nasal septum, and it was primarily excised through the nasal cavity.
