ABSTRACT

With the increased necessity of keeping airway by tracheostomy and prolonged endotracheal intubation, it has developed many their complications. Tracheal stenosis among their complications has many difficult problems in spite of many different proposed methods of treatment with the lack of universally accepted single method. The authors recently experienced 3 cases of tracheal stenosis, which was managed by end to end anastomosis, autograft of pinna cartilage with T-tube stenting and tracheal fissure with T-tube stenting. So, we report these cases and their results of management with brief review of related literature.
