A Case of Foreign Body in Paranasal Sinus Due to Air-Rifle

ABSTRACT

We experienced three lead bullets in the nose. Among these, one is superior medial portion of nasal septum, one is right dorsum nasi, and another is stayed between the posterior wall of frontal sinus and fovea ethmoidalis. These are combined with hemorrhagic contusion and pneumoencephalus arround the bullet. So, We report on the case with a brief literature.
