ABSTRACT |
Angiolipoma is a rare benign tumor composed of mature lipocytes with vascular proliferation. Recently, we experienced a case of angiolipoma of the hypopharynx. A 65-year-old female patient who complained of dysphagia for 2 months was admitted. An ovoid pedunculated mass was found at the medial wall of the right pyriform sinus. And it was completely removed with intraoral approach and obtained good result. The pathologic diagnosis was an angiolipoma. So, we report that case with the review of the literatures.
